“Nothing is Worth More Than This Day”


Craig Tarantino is an on location natural light photographer who serves Metro Boston,  South Shore,  and Cape Cod.  He employs a non-traditional approach and appreciates the effectiveness of both color and black & white images.  Craig encourages a relaxed atmosphere where people  can be themselves.  People are encouraged to relax in natural surroundings and engage in enjoyable activities.  The subject (s) are often unaware that they are being photographed.  Each session seeks to bring out the unique personality of the subject(s).  Portrait sessions are not rushed.

Choose a comfortable surrounding where you can engage in a playful activity or just enjoy the landscape.  Gardens, beaches, parks, playgrounds, or even your own backyard.  All portrait sessions will develop their own unique personality.
    
    
Important considerations:

Lighting - outdoor photographs are normally most  effective during early morning or late afternoon hours.  This is when the natural light will produce the most vibrant and color-rich textures.  
Little one scheduling - Please consider nap, feeding, and school times in your preparation.  
                                        
Clothing - Simple, classic solid colors work best.  Consider color choice as it relates to the natural surroundings used in your portrait session.  Avoid large logos, and keep jewelry/watches to a minimum.  Colors should be uniform, taking into consideration the group as a whole.  Suggested attire includes khakis, jeans, solid color shirts, and bare feet.
